With most customers we provide on-site services for an extended period. These on-site services cover the repair or replacement of equipment and the Help Desk Support to identify and fix issues. With many larger installations we can provide on-site staff to constantly train, monitor, repair and replace any defective equipment.
We work with customers to create the proper service solution with agreed upon SLA’s (service level agreements) to meet the customer requirements. We can remotely monitor all of the equipment in a secure fashion to maximize uptime.
